Village Gardens Live/Work Four‑Plex
A four-unit live/work building with 402 Creamery on the ground floor at one end, Thrive Resources at the other, two single-family units between, and apartments above the commercial units.
Aaron Terry was the general contractor on this four-plex in the Village Gardens neighborhood of Lincoln.
The north unit was finished first. It houses 402 Creamery, an ice cream shop, with two separate apartments above. We then finished the interior of each unit down the line. The two middle units are single-family homes.
The south end unit, completed in 2025, is home to Thrive Resources, a co-working space for independent mental health providers with eight offices, plus two apartments above. Interior finishes throughout match the quality of the exterior.
